This policy explains how Accomply.ai ("Accomply", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website and, at a summary level, through client engagements. It does not replace the data-processing agreement executed with each client, which governs how we handle client data in delivery work.
Information we collect from this website
When you submit a form - Book a Demo, the readiness assessment request, or the AI Insight Studio - we collect the information you provide: name, work email, organisation, role, use cases of interest, and any free-text message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you've agreed, to follow up about Accomply's services.
The AI Insight Studio
Text you enter into the Insight Studio is sent to our server, which matches it against Accomply's fixed use-case framework to generate an illustrative opportunity map. No third-party AI model or external API is called, and nothing you enter is used to train any AI model. We retain the content of Studio submissions only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and for the security and abuse-prevention purposes described below.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the technical means necessary to operate - no third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.
How we protect information
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed by server-side scripts that are not reachable from the public internet except through the forms themselves. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Client engagement data
For paid engagements, data handling is governed by the signed data-processing agreement and the governance framework agreed during the readiness assessment, including your choice of hosting region and our commitment not to train AI models on client documents or ledgers.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable data protection law.
